Our structured, simple, and pleasant onboarding process starts with a personal Welcome Call and ends with complete confidence and a clear understanding of the services they’ve chosen.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct onboarding calls with new customers: greeting, introduction, and answering initial questions.
- Set clear expectations regarding services, timelines, and SLAs.
- Ensure customers fully understand the value of the products they’ve purchased.
- Provide internal feedback to the sales or service teams in cases of process gaps or issues.
- Maintain a positive customer experience from day one to reduce early churn.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Onboarding.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset, patience, and the ability to explain things clearly.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Advantage: experience in E-commerce or digital companies.
