Electrical Control Engineer

We are looking for a talented Electrical & Control Engineer to lead complex technological projects and ensure smooth operation of advanced electrical systems.

In this role, you will plan, design and operate high- and low-voltage systems, develop advanced control solutions (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, temperature controllers, starters, current converters and power systems), prepare technical specifications and budget estimates, and manage projects from concept to completion.

You will collaborate with suppliers and service providers, respond to internal service calls, read and analyze electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, P&IDs, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings – all while driving excellence in a dynamic industrial environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead planning and execution of electrical & control projects

• Troubleshoot HV/LV systems and advanced control architectures

• Prepare budgets, technical specs and project documentation

• Work closely with vendors, contractors and internal teams

• Support service calls and resolve technical issues

• Interpret electrical diagrams, flow charts and instrumentation drawings

• Tackle complex technological challenges with creativity and precision

🎯 Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – Must

• 3+ years of experience in instrumentation & control in an industrial environment – Must

• Strong ability to read & understand control and electrical drawings – Must

• Registered in the Engineers Registry (Electricity) + Licensed Electrical Engineer – Significant Advantage

• Proven experience managing a team – Must

• Full command of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Hebrew & English – High proficiency
