Legal Counsel

We are seeking a talented and driven Legal Counsel to join a fast-growing B2C gaming company that is redefining the world of interactive entertainment. The company’s mission is to create innovative and captivating gaming experiences that engage and thrill players worldwide.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic organization, working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support the company’s global business objectives. You will operate at the intersection of technology, creativity, and law—helping shape policies and frameworks that support the company’s rapid growth and global expansion.

• Legal Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing clear and pragmatic legal guidance on a wide range of commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.
• Contracts & Negotiations: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad variety of agreements, including commercial contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, partnership arrangements, and marketing collaborations.
• Compliance & Governance: Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs and internal policies to ensure adherence to applicable laws and best practices, including data protection and consumer regulations.
• Privacy & Data Protection: Advise on privacy-related issues, manage compliance with data protection laws (such as GDPR and CCPA), and assist in shaping the company’s data governance strategy.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with departments including Product, Marketing, Finance, and HR to identify and address legal risks in business initiatives and operations.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and assist in dispute resolution as needed.
• External Counsel Management: Coordinate with external law firms on specialized matters while ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with company goals.

• 3–5 years of legal experience in the Hi-Tech, International, or Commercial department of a major law firm in Israel, or as an in-house counsel in a global technology company.
• High level of professionalism with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a global organization with cross-cultural teams.
