Product Manager

At CommPeak, we empower businesses worldwide with advanced communication solutions, from voice and SMS to APIs and cloud contact center tools. We’re growing fast and looking for a Product Manager to take our products to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Turn ideas into impact: drive the vision and strategy that power CommPeak’s communication platform.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales and marketing to launch impactful features.
• Use cutting edge AI product tools like Lovable and Bolt to accelerate prototyping, testing and product delivery
• Build and own product roadmaps, translating customer insights, data and market trends into real solutions.
• Write clear product requirements, prioritize initiatives and make trade-offs in a fast paced environment.
• Drive product launches end-to-end, measure outcomes and continuously iterate for improvement 
• Stay on top of industry trends, regulations and customer needs, to keep CommPeak ahead of the curve.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years’ of product management experience in a global B2B tech company- A must
• Hands on experience with AI driven product development tool
• Experience in writing detailed product requirements/specifications
• Strong analytical skills and experience making data driven product decisions
• Excellent communication skills- you can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

It would be nice to have:

• A familiarity with telecommunication industry and products (DID, Dialer, PBX)
• A familiarity with global telecommunication carriers and providers’ business ecosystem 
• A technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
