Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Service Engineer, located in Yavne. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks, diagnosing and troubleshooting machinery issues, and providing technical support to customers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with clients and delivering excellent customer service during the installation and maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Field Service, including installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for technical challenges
• Experience in providing Technical Support to effectively address and resolve client needs
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive client relationships
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering/related fields is a plus
• Familiarity with plastic and printing machinery is an advantage
