Project & Production Planning Manager – R&D Department

A leading company in the field of power supplies and communication systems, specializing in the development and manufacturing of customized power solutions for military, civil aviation, and space applications, is seeking a Project & Production Planning Manager to join the R&D project management team.

Job Description:

• Full responsibility for end-to-end project management
• Materials management and shortage reporting within ERP systems
• Building and tracking project timelines
• Opening and managing work orders, and scheduling production across manufacturing lines
• Operational control and material scheduling, inventory level management, material simulations, and handling purchase order changes (expedites, delays, cancellations)
• Leading project activities in collaboration with the development team
• Independently managing tasks
• Working with multiple interfaces across the organization
• Risk management and assessment for projects

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree – mandatory
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role – mandatory
• Experience working with subcontractors, materials management, and production planning
• Familiarity with warehouse and procurement processes – mandatory
• Knowledge of work orders and material scheduling
• Experience working with ERP systems, specifically PRIORITY – mandatory
• Familiarity with engineering processes and configuration control – mandatory
• Knowledge of Agile systems – an advantage
• Willingness to work overtime – mandatory
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment under pressure
• High service orientation
• Strong organizational skills
• High-level proficiency in English
