Fashion Production & Planning Manager

Galia Lahav, a world-renowned luxury fashion house specializing in couture bridal and evening wear, is looking for an experienced Fashion Production Planning Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in the fashion industry, who understands fashion production processes, workflows, and timelines, and can connect the different stages of production while keeping priorities, capacity, and deadlines on track.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, manage, and monitor production processes from order receipt through completion
• Build production plans and schedules and closely monitor execution
• Coordinate and synchronize between production teams, ateliers, suppliers, and different departments across the company
• Monitor production capacity, workload, and priorities, and respond to changes in real time
• Track order progress and ensure production timelines are met
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps in the production process and drive solutions with the relevant teams
• Work across multiple interfaces and follow processes through to completion
• Prepare reports and monitor production data and performance

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience in the fashion industry – required
• Experience in fashion production, production planning, operations, or a similar role – highly preferred
• Strong understanding of fashion production processes, workflows, and timelines
• Experience working across different stages and teams within a fashion production environment
• Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work with data, reports, and information systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
• Good Excel skills
• Good English
• Experience in luxury fashion, bridal, couture, or textile production – an advantage
