Job Description:

A successful nuts and snacks retail chain in New York is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of its branches.

The role includes managing employees, overseeing service and operational processes, logistics, inventory management, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Direct management of branch employees across multiple locations.

• Full responsibility for branch operations – from daily management to strategic planning.

• Inventory management, placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

• Implementing procedures and work methods to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Recruiting, training, and leading employees and branch managers.

• Working closely with the management team in Israel and providing regular performance and target reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in operations management / branch management / food chain management.

• Previous experience managing employees – required.

• Full command of English – required.

• Experience in the food / food retail industry – required.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to relocate fully to the USA (New York).

רשת פיצוחיות מצליחה בניו יורק מחפשת מנהל/ת תפעול מנוסה, דינמי/ת ובעל/ת יכולת ניהול גבוהה, להובלת הפעילות השוטפת של הסניפים.

התפקיד כולל ניהול עובדים, אחריות על תהליכי שירות, תפעול, לוגיסטיקה, ניהול מלאים, בקרת איכות.

תחומי אחריות:

 • ניהול ישיר של צוותי עובדים בסניפים השונים.

 • אחריות כוללת על תפעול הסניפים – החל מניהול יומיומי ועד רמות אסטרטגיות.

 • ניהול מלאים, הזמנות, תיאום אספקות וקשר עם ספקים.

 • הטמעת נהלים ושיטות עבודה לשיפור היעילות והרווחיות.

 • גיוס, הכשרה והובלה של עובדים ומנהלי סניפים.

 • עבודה צמודה עם הנהלה בארץ ודיווח שוטף על ביצועים ויעדים.

דרישות התפקיד:

 • ניסיון מוכח של לפחות 3 שנים בניהול תפעול / ניהול סניפים / רשת מזון.

 • ניסיון קודם בניהול עובדים – חובה.

 • שליטה מלאה באנגלית – חובה.

 • ניסיון בענף המזון / קמעונאות מזון – חובה.

 • כישורי ניהול, ארגון ויחסי אנוש מעולים.

 • נכונות למעבר ורילוקיישן מלא לארה״ב (ניו יורק).
