About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Project Delivery Manager to own the day-to-day operations behind our data delivery. You will lead vendor sourcing and testing, build and run the pipelines that take projects from scoping to customer delivery, and own our QA processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all operations tasks, including testing and sourcing potential vendors, building and executing delivery pipelines, and QA.
• Lead vendor sourcing and onboarding for data collection, annotation, and production partners.
• Design and run vendor tests and pilots to evaluate quality, cost, turnaround time, and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance, pricing, and SLAs.
• Build and execute end-to-end delivery pipelines for datasets and on-demand collection projects.
• Define and own QA standards covering content quality, metadata accuracy, annotation quality, and rights documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Data, and creator-community teams so projects are delivered on time and to spec.
• Track operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes, tools, and automations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, delivery operations, or project management, including hands-on experience managing vendors.
• Proven experience sourcing, evaluating, and managing vendors, including running pilots and negotiating terms.
• Experience building and running delivery pipelines or workflows end to end.
• Hands-on QA experience and high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
• Data-driven, with strong spreadsheet and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills with global vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI training data, data annotation, content production, or BPO.
• Familiarity with annotation platforms, data pipelines, or dataset management tools.
• Experience working with remote or offshore vendors across time zones.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Monday, Airtable, or automation tools (Zapier, Make).
