Role Overview:

A dynamic, end-to-end recruiting position supporting top-tier private and public organizations. The role includes sourcing candidates across social networks, conducting in-depth phone interviews, managing candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, and working closely with client managers and strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive sourcing on social platforms, including LinkedIn.
• Conducting phone-based deep-dive interviews.
• Managing candidate pipelines and guiding applicants through all recruitment stages.
• Working with major clients across multiple sectors.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Experience in tech recruitment – advantage.
• Proven experience conducting phone interviews.
• Understanding of OS recruitment processes.
• Sales-oriented mindset – advantage.
• High motivation, strong drive to succeed, and ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
