About The Role
We’re seeking an energetic, tech-savvy GTM Specialist to accelerate Utila’s growth through highly-targeted, automated outreach. As an essential part of our BD team, you’ll leverage the latest sales automation tools (like Clay and LGM) to research and engage prospects at scale, drive pipeline, and set up high-quality meetings for our sales and partnership teams. If outbound outreach is your superpower — and you know how to use AI and data to get results — we want you!
Responsibilities:
- Use data-driven outbound strategies including email, LinkedIn, and automation tools (Clay, LGM, Apollo, etc.) to identify, research, and engage prospective customers.
- Build, test, and optimize multi-channel outreach sequences; personalize messaging at scale using automation and AI.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot) and work closely with RevOps to continuously improve lead workflows.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and book discovery meetings for Sales and the BD team.
- Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and share learnings to continually improve outreach effectiveness.
- Proactively follow industry trends in blockchain, fintech, and SaaS, surfacing new ideas for target segments and creative outreach.
- Create templates, snippets, and playbooks to increase team efficiency and keep messaging fresh and relevant.
- 1-3 years in a lead generation, BDR, SDR, or growth specialist role in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech.
- Deep hands-on experience with sales engagement/automation platforms (e.g., Clay, LGM, Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, Salesloft, or comparable).
- Comfort with AI-powered research, enrichment, and personalization tools.
- Excellent written communication skills – you love crafting messages that cut through the noise.
- High level of digital organization and attention to detail.
- A/B testing mindset; always eager to experiment and improve.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Passion for crypto, DeFi, or digital asset infrastructure.
- Startup, enterprise SaaS, or fintech experience.
- Demonstrable “hacker” mentality for finding new ways to surface great prospects and stand out in the inbox.
