Marketing Operations Specialist - Part Time

About the Role:

The Marketing Operations Specialist will play an active role in driving Atera's marketing operations efforts, focused on supporting the team's cross-functional project planning and execution. We are looking for a candidate with a "Can-do" attitude, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to learn and work with diverse interfaces (Marketing, Product, BI, Finance, and more).

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative & Budget Monitoring: Assist with tracking and control of departmental budgets, expenses and essential administrative tasks.
• Cross-Functional Project Support: Provide close assistance in managing cross-departmental projects and operational procedures from end-to-end, ensuring adherence to timelines and high-quality standards.
• Coordination and Communication: Maintain regular communication with various internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, marketing teams, HR) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of assets.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree student (at least in 3rd year) in Industrial Engineering, Business Marketing, or a related field.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and consistently demonstrates a "Can-do" attitude, willingly tackling all levels of tasks from high-level projects to administrative support.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A genuine desire to develop expertise in operations and project management.
