Marketing Operations Coordinator

A leading real estate company is looking for a bright and highly organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its Marketing Department and report directly to the VP of Marketing.

This is a great opportunity for someone with initial experience in administration, customer service, sales or back-office operations who is looking to enter a commercial environment, gain broad business exposure and gradually develop into marketing and business analytics.

The role combines customer and sales support, operational coordination, data management and ongoing follow-up. As the successful candidate gains experience and develops a deeper understanding of the business, the position will expand to include data analysis, campaign performance measurement, profitability analysis and business insights.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor leads, customers, deals, agreements and open tasks.
- Ensure that customer requests and signed deals continue to progress across the relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM and internal systems.
- Produce reports and tracking tools using Excel.
- Support Marketing Managers with operational and customer-related needs.
- Coordinate and follow up with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Identify missing information, delays and open issues and ensure they are addressed.
- Gradually support marketing analysis, campaign performance measurement and profitability reviews.

This is a full time position from the company’s headquarters in Ramat Gan

- Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales, back-office operations or a similar role.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes through to completion.
- Independent, responsible and proactive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field - an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems - an advantage.
- Analytical experience or strong interest in developing into analytics - an advantage.
