PwC a leading global consulting firm, is looking for an experienced HRBP to join our HR team for a maternity leave cover, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with managers to support the full employee lifecycle- onboarding, performance management, career development and offboarding.
Drive employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and promote retention.
Lead and implement global HR processes such as evaluations, feedback cycles and engagement surveys.
Manage welfare programs and budgets, and oversee HR systems and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s – advantage.
3+ years’ experience as HRBP in large/global organizations.
Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented highly organized.
Experience with HR systems and knowledge of labor laws.
Fluent English.
