A large financial organization is conducting a discreet search for a Delivery Excellence / OPEX Manager to join its Technology Division.
The role is part of an ongoing, multi-year transformation focused on modernizing infrastructure, accelerating development processes, and strengthening business–technology alignment.
Role Overview:
• Lead delivery excellence initiatives across tribe-based structures (Scaled Agile)
• Drive organizational and technological transformation, including Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and AI adoption
• Improve workflows, remove bottlenecks, and enhance productivity and delivery velocity
• Implement operating models, governance routines, dashboards, and KPIs
• Partner with business and technology leadership to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
• Oversee process optimization, semi-product ownership, and operational tech leadership
Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems / Tech-Organizational Consulting (strong advantage for IS specialization)
• Experience improving processes within agile technological environments
• Strong advantage for candidates coming from consulting firms
• Background in cloud development environments – significant advantage
• Experience as a Scrum Master and/or managerial experience – strong plus
• Familiarity with OPEX / Operational Excellence methodologies
• Strong analytical abilities, system thinking, influence skills, and business–tech orientation
Candidates with experience in financial organizations or project-based companies are especially relevant.
