As a Growth Product Manager at Similarweb, you will play a strategic role in shaping the vision, roadmap, and execution of innovative digital products that power our customers' success. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with Similarweb's business goals and user needs.

This position is ideal for a forward-thinking, data-driven product leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys translating customer insights into powerful, scalable products.

So, what will you be doing all day?

• Lead and own the product strategy, roadmap, and planning for your area of responsibility.
• Own expansion for Similarweb’s self-serve motion
• Translate product vision into long-term planning by researching, prioritizing, and defining requirements.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and release high-impact features.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, define success metrics, and monitor performance to ensure product excellence.
• Standardize product processes and best practices to drive efficiency and collaboration across teams.
• Act as a change agent—leading with curiosity, data, and agility to adapt quickly to market trends.
• Serve as a point of contact for cross-organizational collaboration, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  
  

This Is The Perfect Job For Someone Who

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or B2C tech company, ideally in a SaaS or data-driven environment.
• Brings a strong technical background or analytical mindset—with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Has demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and optimization.
• Is highly data-driven, experienced in A/B testing, and comfortable making decisions based on evidence and experimentation.
• Is a clear and structured communicator, able to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Excels in collaboration, driving engagement and efficiency across teams and departments.
• Demonstrates learning agility—comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and continuously improving.
• Holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
