Salesforce QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will:

• Work as part of an agile scrum team, collaborating closely with developers and implementation teams across customer projects.
• Lead and execute end-to-end testing activities including functional, regression, performance, cross-browser, and cross-platform testing.
• Validate end-to-end Salesforce business processes and integrations.
• Write and execute structured test cases based on defined methodologies (manual; automation if applicable).
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Development, and Support teams to ensure successful delivery with high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·        Minimum 2 years of hands-on QA experience, including testing methodologies and documentation standards (STP, STD, STR).

·        Hands-on QA experience with Salesforce – minimum 1+ year – must.

·        Experience with Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSL) – advantage.

·        Experience working in Lightning (preferred).

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        Independent, proactive, ability to multitask, and deliver under timelines.

·        Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English).

Advantages:

·        Experience with:

o   Jira / Azure DevOps / TestRail

o   API testing (e.g., Postman)

·        Understanding of:

o   Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Apex (conceptual – no development required)

·        Experience in integration testing

·        Experience working with global and local teams

·        Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple interfaces
