PPC Campaign Manager

What you will be doing

• Lead campaign planning, including audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Taboola, and Outbrain
• Monitor campaign metrics in real-time and make data-driven optimizations to improve performance
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently while maximizing ROI
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams and managing expectations with clients
• Identifying pain points and driving user experience enhancements
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates

Your skills and experience

• Up to 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
• Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems – an advantage
• Familiarity with the e-commerce domain – an advantage
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and optimization techniques
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong self-learning capabilities, strong time management skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Creative thinking, a proactive approach, and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
