We're looking for a business-savvy Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive commercial growth, and collaborate with R&D to shape the future of culinary innovation.

About Tnuva Chef:

We serve cafés, restaurants, hotels, and catering services with tailored culinary and business solutions,

offering the finest products from Tnuva Group’s leading dairy and food brands

This is a newly created position with high strategic impact.

You’ll identify and lead business opportunities, boost product sales, and optimize existing offerings.

You’ll also work closely with our R&D division to align innovation with market needs

Your mission:

Lead cross-divisional business projects to achieve strategic goals

Drive growth through new opportunities and product optimization

Collaborate with R&D to develop and implement culinary solutions

Analyze data, map processes, and build actionable work plans

Manage budgets, timelines, and implementation across multiple stakeholders

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business, or Industrial Engineering preferred)

3+ years of experience in corporate or cross-organizational project management

Strong analytical skills and data orientation

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and management tools

Familiarity with consumer goods, food, or culinary industries (advantage)

Strategic thinker with strong execution and stakeholder management skills
