Marketing Operations Lead

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to join our Marketing team. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution. You’ll own the marketing systems, website operations, and data infrastructure that power Riverside’s growth engine. You’ll track and monitor marketing-driven revenue performance, streamline processes, reduce friction between teams, and accelerate execution across campaigns, websites, and lifecycle marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and optimize Riverside’s marketing operations infrastructure across the website, technology stack, data, and reporting. Drive clean tracking, attribution, and data flow across systems
• Lead website development to scale website production while driving cross departmental alignment, prioritization, and execution.
• Build and maintain the CRO and experimentation infrastructure (tools, tagging, data layer, reporting).
• Manage Riverside’s martech stack (HubSpot, analytics, Segment, in-app messages, Webflow integrations, etc.) ensuring clean, scalable connections between systems.
• Manage all email automation and lifecycle flows (nurturing, onboarding, reactivation) in close collaboration with other marketing teams.
• Build dashboards for funnel performance, email performance, and lifecycle health by combining multiple data sources; ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment across teams.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI tools that improve efficiency in campaign creation, data QA, and operational workflows.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related leadership role within a high-growth tech company.
• Deep HubSpot expertise across Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs, including automation, data syncs, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of both product led (PLG) and sales led (SLG) funnels and how automation supports each growth model.
• Proven ability to design scalable marketing systems, ensure accurate attribution and data integrity across channels, and demonstrate strong data proficiency.
• Demonstrated success leading cross departmental initiatives and collaborating with Product, Design, Growth, and Sales to deliver on shared goals.
• Excellent project management skills with experience managing multi stakeholder initiatives and using tools like monday.com to drive execution.
• Exceptional communication skills. Able to translate technical details into clear business insights and align teams around priorities.
• Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross departmental projects and deliver excellent execution.
