This is a full-time on-site role for a User Acquisition Manager located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. The role includes monitoring campaign performance, optimizing marketing funnels, analyzing data to improve performance, and driving customer acquisition strategies to meet business goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive data-informed decisions
• Experience in Customer Acquisition and developing strategies to attract and retain users
• Knowledge in Performance Marketing and expertise in campaign execution and optimization
• Proficiency in Campaign Management, including creating, managing, and analyzing marketing initiatives
• Familiarity with Mobile Marketing, focusing on user growth and retention on mobile platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager, is a plus
