ELTX India is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its newly established subsidiary. The CEO will be responsible for the overall success of ELTX India and will play a pivotal role in shaping its strategic direction and operational excellence.

🔹 About the Role

The CEO holds ultimate authority to make final decisions for the company within the powers entrusted by the Board of Directors. He will define, communicate, and promote the company’s vision and mission, while developing the business both in India and globally.

🔹 Responsibilities & Challenges

• Create, plan, implement, and integrate the strategic direction of ELTX.

• Establish a proactive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and ensure sustainable profitability.

• Build a strong local team, attract top talent, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Develop strong relationships with existing customers and internal stakeholders within the ELTA/IAI/DCX group.

• Lead, direct, and evaluate executive leaders, set strategic guidelines, and inspire the entire ELTX workforce.

• Serve as the primary interface between ELTX, the parent companies, and the Board of Directors.

• Assess ongoing projects and identify opportunities in new markets, customers, and industries.

• Promote local entrepreneurship while aligning with the corporate culture of the ELTA Group and DCX Systems.

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or Sales.

• Proven commercial track record and deep understanding of key drivers in the defense industry.

• Inspirational people leader with the ability to build and guide a high-performing local team.

• Extensive professional experience; international exposure preferred.

• High integrity and a strong drive to achieve results.

• Business maturity with excellent managerial, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with India’s military and defense ecosystems.

• Experience handling highly confidential information with discretion.

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Armed Forces operations.

• In-depth knowledge of Indian regulations.

• Focused, decisive, and action-oriented.
