Marketing - PPC & Customer Success

About the Role:

LETSTOP — the world’s first Drive-to-Earn app that rewards safe driving — is looking for a data-driven, creative, and hands-on digital marketer with strong experience in Facebook & Instagram paid campaigns.

This role is 80% focused on performance marketing and paid ads execution, and 20% on customer success and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Paid Marketing (≈80%)

• Plan, build, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns end-to-end (strategy, creatives, targeting, and optimization).
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and community teams to align messaging and visuals.
• Stay up to date with Meta algorithm updates, new ad formats, and growth trends.

💬 Customer Success (≈20%)

• Provide friendly and professional support to users across social channels (Telegram, email, etc.).
• Help users understand the product and resolve technical inquiries.
• Gather feedback from users and share insights with the marketing and product teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns (including budgets, reporting, and ROI optimization).
• Strong understanding of ad funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
• Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads – a plus.
• Interest or familiarity with the crypto / blockchain ecosystem – a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a proactive “get things done” attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
