SK8 is building the next-gen data infrastructure powering AI Agents and Vertical AI Apps - autonomous, self-deploying, and self-managing.

Now we need someone who can go fetch 🚀 - a scrappy, relentless Demand Generation Specialist who turns curiosity into calls, noise into leads, and conversations into customers.

💥 What You’ll Do

• Find and engage new leads - fast, smart, and creative.
• Build outbound sequences across LinkedIn, email, and communities.
• Experiment with what works - copy, offers, automation, tools, whatever it takes.
• Create buzz around SK8 in AI / tech spaces: founders, engineers, operators.
• Research and identify target accounts - startups, builders, AI teams.
• Nurture and qualify - get them curious, get them talking.
• Partner directly with the CEO on messaging and deal flow.

👀 Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, sales development, or demand gen.
• You’re hungry, competitive, and execution-driven.
• You love prospecting, outreach, and building momentum.
• Tech-curious - you don’t need to code, but you get the world of AI and startups.
• Comfortable with tools, CRMs, and automation hacks (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, etc.).
• A great communicator - short, sharp, and human.
• You like independence, fast decisions, and real ownership.
