Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Winston-Salem, NC, for a People Operations Partner specializing in New Hire Data Entry and Support. Key responsibilities include managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems, and supporting employee relations initiatives. The role also involves assisting with HR policy compliance and collaborating with team members to foster a positive work environment. Additional duties may include providing administrative support for HR processes and maintaining up-to-date employee records.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR management
• Familiarity with HR policies and employee relations practices
• Understanding of labor and employment law compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in data entry
• Proficiency in HR software and systems is a plus
