Job Summary:

• You own responsibilities across the entire software development life cycle -- product design, development, test, launch, warranty. You adhere high standards of quality, cost and delivery.
• Projects, medium to large new sets of features
• Operations, such as maintenance and incident management.

You may oversee product analysts, aka business analysts. You are comfortable leading a portion of our team with Dev, Test, Marketing, UX, business operations, SOX / compliance / legal and other stakeholders. For example, you and your analyst(s) will:

• aid prioritization
• capture requirements and acceptance criteria,
• Groom, aid sizing, resource plan
• aid UX design
• design business processes
• prepare, perform and support testing (interoperability, user acceptance, accessibility, other testing)
• assist field training
• craft customer / field / stakeholder communications
• demo
• launch
• maintain (tech debt, release management, vendor management, platform management)
• manage incidents, triage

• You are accountable and detail-oriented as we need high quality and continuous improvement for our highly regulated financial services industry
• You are a fast learner who is / must soon become a subject matter expert on payment flows, business rules, account conditions, customer personas, etc.
