B2B Account Manager

We’re looking for a B2B Account Manager to join our Cover for Business team and own long-term

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients (HR, Finance, Ops)
• Lead onboarding and ongoing account success
• Drive adoption of Cover’s platform and insights
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders
• Run quarterly business reviews and share actionable insights
• Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Compliance
• Monitor account health and proactively prevent churn

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years in B2B Account Management / Customer Success / SaaS / HR-Tech / Fintech
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Data-driven, organized, and high-ownership
• Ability to work fast and build long-term relationships
• Bonus: experience with HR or Finance teams
