The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Manager to lead and elevate Effectivate’s digital presence. You’ll:

✨ Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more

✨ Optimize our website, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum impact

✨ Manage eCommerce initiatives, including product pages, online promotions, and performance tracking

✨ Own digital assets — website, landing pages, and conversion funnels (UX/UI & CRO)

✨ Run and optimize campaigns within apps and mobile platforms

✨ Identify trends, implement new tools, and bring fresh ideas to our digital ecosystem

You Have:

✅ 3–5 years of end-to-end digital marketing experience

✅ Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, SEO, WordPress.

✅ Hands-on experience managing eCommerce platforms and mobile-app campaigns.

✅ Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving

✅ Proactive, collaborative, and ready to make a real impact
