Senior System Administrator

We’re hiring a System Administrator!

At YouCC Technologies, a leading Cloud Security integrator, we’re looking for a talented System Administrator to join our growing IT team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Windows and macOS environments
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and GCP
• Deploy and manage workstations via Intune
• Maintain and monitor security systems and endpoints using Microsoft Defender
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage IT equipment inventory (laptops, printers, scanners, monitors, etc.)
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi network infrastructure
• Collaborate with external IT vendors and support server infrastructure
• Perform regular updates, backups, hardening, and system maintenance

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a System / IT Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender
• Understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud environments – advantage
• High service orientation, fast learner, and proactive mindset
