Manual QA Tester 2033

TSG Group, a publicly traded defense-tech company, is hiring a Manual QA Tester!

This is a temporary position based in the central region.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing manual test plans.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs.
• Performing functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Tagging and categorizing textual/visual data according to model requirements.
• Working according to precise guidelines to support algorithm training and improvement.
• Collaborating closely with development teams and data scientists to ensure product quality.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Graduate of Unit 8200 / MAMRAM – significant advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously.
• Previous experience in data labeling / NLP annotation – advantage.
• Basic understanding of data structures – advantage.
• Valid security clearance – mandatory.
