About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Manager with 3–5 years of experience to support our online presence, digital campaigns, and patient engagement strategies. This is a part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to make an outsized impact.
The Digital Manager will own day-to-day execution across our website, app, CRM, and digital channels, while supporting strategic initiatives led by the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Performance Marketing
- Maintain and update Spotless’ website and app to ensure accuracy, performance, and a best-in-class user experience.
- Implement and refine SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Optimize conversion funnels, analyzing drop-off points to improve new patient acquisition and retention.
- Support execution of Google Ads campaigns, including keyword strategy, creative testing, and budget optimization.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Help design and implement Spotless’ CRM infrastructure (email, SMS, and automation flows).
- Execute lifecycle campaigns that nurture leads, increase bookings, and improve retention.
- Manage campaign calendars, segmentation, and A/B testing for continuous performance improvement.
Campaign Management & Analytics
- Partner with the Head of Marketing and the social team to plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital touchpoints.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
- Develop and share regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Customer Engagement & Reputation
- Lead online reputation management, encouraging positive reviews and managing patient feedback across Google, Yelp, and other platforms.
- Highlight client success stories and testimonials across digital platforms to strengthen social proof.
- Collaborate with social media/content teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with brand voice.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within healthcare, beauty, or consumer services.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, website analytics, and CRM/lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and/or other digital advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience with email and SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Attentive, etc.).
- Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Zenoti, Squarespace, or similar CMS/eCommerce/booking platforms.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment with limited resources.
