Role Overview

The Customer Support Technician – Tier 1 is VOXO’s first line of defense in creating excellent customer experiences. This role provides direct assistance to users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving Tier 1 support requests with speed, empathy, and precision. Tier 1 Technicians work across chat, phone, and email to ensure every VOXO customer feels heard and supported.
