We are an established, innovation-driven company specializing in advanced microencapsulation technology for the cosmetics and personal care industry. We partner with leading global brands and distributors, offering patented solutions that enhance stability, delivery, and performance of active ingredients.

We are seeking a CEO to lead the next phase of global expansion. The role combines commercial leadership with the ability to understand and communicate scientific and engineering concepts. A strong emphasis will be placed on building the company’s presence in the United States while maintaining and expanding activities in other international markets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing manufacturing companies with measurable growth outcomes.
• Demonstrated sales and commercial leadership, ideally in cosmetics, personal care, biotechnology, or specialty chemicals.
• Experience selling into US-based organizations in cosmetics or personal care is a strong plus.
• Ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Track record of working with international distributors and enterprise clients.
• Strong willingness and ability to travel extensively, particularly to the US.
• Strategic, results-oriented leadership with experience scaling global operations.
