Payroll Accountant

Seeking a Payroll Accountant for a Private, Advanced Hospital in Tel Aviv!

Position Type: Full-time, on-site

Location: Atidim Park, Tel Aviv

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing support on labor law matters, including various employment conditions such as cost calculations, vacations, funds, and insurances.
• Handling attendance tracking, updates, monitoring, and onboarding employees into the attendance system.
• Working with hourly employees and complex salary agreements.
• Preparing final pay calculations and computing social rights.
• Preparing annual and semi-annual Form 126.
• Preparing and submitting monthly payments (Form 102) to the National Insurance Institute and the Tax Authority.
• Onboarding employees in the payroll system and correctly defining their monthly payments.
• Managing the employee offboarding process, including severance pay, convalescence pay, and Form 161.
• Signing MASAV files for salary transfers and pension payments when submitting to the bank.

Requirements:

• Payroll Accounting Certification – mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in the field – mandatory
• Full knowledge and mastery of labor laws and regulations – mandatory
• High-level Excel proficiency – mandatory
• Experience with the Melam payroll system – strong advantage
• Ability to work independently
• High motivation, dynamism, and ability to work under multiple tasks
• Desire to learn and grow long-term
