Summary

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to take PointFive’s growth to the next level. In this role, you will own our social presence, partnering with the Senior Director of Growth to run the company page and executive profiles on LinkedIn, then expand to X, TikTok, and Instagram. You will bring our story to life with a clear voice, creator-style content, and repeatable formats that drive engagement and pipeline. • Find PointFive’s voice and help us stand out in the market

• Build a channel plan and posting cadence for LinkedIn first

• Run the company page daily

• Incorporate executive pages into the strategy

• Maintain a 2–3 week rolling calendar

• Manage all content creation in collaboration with content and design.

• Record with execs. On-camera comfortable

• Build creator collabs and co-posts

• Drive expansion to X, TikTok, Instagram

• Show follower growth from target personas

• 3-5 years managing social media professionally for a large brand with proof

• Portfolio of native posts and short videos with metrics

• Strong copy and hook writing in Hebrew and English 

• On-camera comfort; fast editing chops a plus

• Technical audience familiarity (FinOps, Cloud, DevOps, Cyber)

• Experience growing a channel from small to meaningful

• Familiarity with social analytics and optimization

• Basic  (Canva)

• Basic video editing beyond short-form

• Experience with podcast or series production

• Understanding of B2B marketing and attribution
