Social Media Manager

You blinked, and the trading world changed - now help us keep our customers ahead of every market move. We’re expanding our team and looking for Social Media Manager to enhance and manage Blink's presence across all platforms: Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. The primary goal is significant growth in follower count and engagement.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about building, super innovative and creative and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Full management of all social media channels – Planning, creating, and publishing diverse content (posts, videos, stories, tweets, reels) and adapting it to each platform.
• Growing the follower base – Building a strategy for significant organic growth across all networks, including collaborations, campaigns, and community activities.
• Adapting Blink's content for social networks – Uploading and promoting content tailored to each platform.
• Creating accessible content for a broad audience – Simple explanations, investment insights, behind-the-scenes stories, and updates on new features and products.
• Building an active community around Blink – Creating ongoing dialogue with clients and prospects, encouraging comments, questions, shares, and personal stories.
• Continuous measurement, analysis, and improvement – Tracking metrics (Engagement, Reach, Followers), extracting insights, and implementing immediate improvements to performance.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience managing social media or community for a tech/fintech brand.
• Full proficiency in Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Excellent writing skills – sharp, engaging, and accessible language.
• Understanding of the investment world, innovation, and digital trends.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
