Cybersecurity Researcher

We are looking for a passionate Cybersecurity Researcher to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to explore cutting-edge technologies, identify security weaknesses, and help build safer systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep research on vulnerabilities, frameworks, and ecosystems.
• Identify, analyze, and document potential attack vectors and exploitation techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement mitigations.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in security and emerging attack methodologies.
• Publish research insights (internal and/or external) to advance knowledge sharing in the field.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity research, with a focus on vulnerabilities.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Python programming – must-have.
• Familiarity with common vulnerability types.
• Ability to analyze and communicate complex technical findings clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity-driven mindset.

Optional / Nice to Have

• Ability to develop proof-of-concept exploits and simulations to validate findings.
• Professional certifications and platform achievements like: OSCP, OSCE, eCPPT, eJPT, CPTS, etc, plus demonstrated success on platforms such as Hack The Box (Pro Labs / retired boxes), TryHackMe (completed learning paths / high ranks), and bug-bounty participation with verified reports or payouts.
• Public security contributions: disclosed CVEs, research publications, or open-source offensive/security tooling.
• Contributions to the AI security community (e.g., research papers, CVEs, open-source tools).
