In this role, you will:

Provide first-level technical support to customers
Troubleshoot software issues and guide users to resolution
Deliver clear instructions on system use and best practices
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Document issues and track common support trends

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills
Familiarity with databases and basic networking
A service-first mindset and strong communication skills
Availability to work full-time from our Netanya office
