Main Responsibilities:

✔ Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions.

✔ Managing the full recruitment process and providing candidate support throughout.

✔ Building and maintaining a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.

✔ Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.

✔ Staying up to date with industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a recruiter or strong background in sales – mandatory!

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

✔ Proficiency with social media platforms.

✔ Knowledge of Office tools (especially Excel) and CRM systems – a strong advantage.

✔ Full proficiency in Hebrew and English – required.
