We're Hiring: CEO for a Leading Food Manufacturing Plant (Meat Industry)

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence?

Join a top-tier manufacturing company in the food sector and take full responsibility for plant operations — from planning and production to quality, safety, profitability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full management of plant operations and profitability improvement.
  • Oversee production, planning, operations, quality, and food safety.
  • Drive continuous improvement, technological innovation, and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with production targets, quality standards, costs, and timelines.
  • Maintain food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with HQ, marketing, regulatory bodies, authorities, and suppliers.
  • Lead business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and increase profitability.
  • Directly manage department heads: Planning, Production, Operations, Quality, and Safety.
  • Report to group management and participate in executive and board meetings.

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic degree (Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or Food Technology).
  • Significant managerial experience in a manufacturing plant — preferably in food/meat industry.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale operations (approx. 100 employees, turnover ~₪250M).
  • Strong knowledge of food quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to inspire teams.
