We’re looking for a System Architect to join our technology division and take part in shaping the architectural vision of the organization.

This is a key role that combines business understanding with strong technological insight, designing and defining solutions across multiple domains - from core systems to digital platforms.

eThe Architect will be responsible for designing solution architectures and defining best practices to support complex business and technological initiatives

.You’ll collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, development teams, and key stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions

.Key Responsibilitie

• sDefine and design architecture and solution concepts for cross-organizational projects
• .Provide professional guidance throughout design, development, and implementation phases
• .Partner with business and technology leaders to build and maintain the company’s technology roadmap
• .Conduct ongoing technology research and evaluate new solutions aligned with business strategy
• .Lead architecture reviews, present design rationales, and document architecture principles and guidelines
• .Participate in R&D and innovation initiatives related to emerging technologies

Requiremen

• tsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalen
• t.3+ years of experience as a System Architect / Solution Architect (or equivalent roles in system analysis, project management, or development in complex environments
• ).Proven experience in large-scale enterprise organizations, preferably in financial, banking, insurance, healthcare, or telecom sector
• s.Strong business-process understanding combined with deep technical architecture knowledg
• e.Hands-on experience in both high-level design and technical solution definition (approx. 50/50
• ).Excellent analytical thinking and ability to present complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical audience
• s.Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong communication and collaboration skill
• s.Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements – mandator
