As the Frontend Team Leader, you will lead a talented team of frontend engineers, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of high-quality features.

While the technical direction and architecture are driven by the Frontend Architect, you’ll focus on team management, coordination, and delivery execution, making sure projects move efficiently from planning to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of frontend engineers, setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery of tasks and projects.
• Work closely with the Frontend Architect to align on architecture, standards, and implementation plans.
• Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver seamless, user-focused features.
• Oversee sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking to maintain clear timelines.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on ownership and delivery excellence.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and growth of frontend team members.

Requirements:

Technical Background

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proven experience leading teams — managing tasks, priorities, and timelines in an agile environment.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks React, NextJS and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals — HTML, CSS, performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with frontend architecture principles, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Experience collaborating with architects or tech leads on system design and implementation plans.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to balance multiple streams of work.
• Excellent communication skills — able to coordinate across Product, Design, and Backend teams.

• Ability to mentor developers and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
