Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead for a leading financial organization

Role Overview:

A senior technical leadership role overseeing development teams, driving large-scale projects, and delivering high-quality, high-performance software solutions. The position includes architectural guidance, hands-on development, and close collaboration with multiple organizational teams across diverse technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams while ensuring clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced technological solutions.
• Drive end-to-end project execution and oversee technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate solutions across systems.
• Work across modern, multi-stack architectures in cloud and on-prem environments.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET (C#) and ASP.NET development.
• At least 5 years of experience in Front-End development using React and Angular.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL Server and MongoDB.
• At least 2 years of experience with Node.js.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven experience leading development teams and managing engineering processes.
