🚀 System Team Leader – Ramat Gan | Hybrid | Full-time
We are looking for a talented System Team Leader to join our leading technology team!

What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Manage and operate the organization’s IT systems
🔹 Oversee databases, storage, and backup environments
🔹 Plan and execute technological projects
🔹 Troubleshoot and optimize system performance
🔹 Collaborate with external vendors and service providers
🔹 Implement and enhance DevOps processes
🔹 Lead a team of System, DevOps, and DBA professionals 👥
What we’re looking for:
✅ At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure – must
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team in a large organization – must
✅ Significant advantage: experience managing an integration team
✅ Deep knowledge of operating systems, databases, storage, and backup solutions
✅ Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and more
✅ Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills 💡
✅ Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
✅ High level of service orientation and teamwork
