We’re hiring a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Ashdod! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the transport and logistics industry, even if you’re just starting out. Whether you’re someone with no prior logistics experience, or exploring a career change, we’re interested in people who are adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver a positive customer experience by ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle
• Understand customer needs and go the extra mile to provide tailored solutions
• Communicate proactively to align expectations and resolve issues
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Promote digital tools and support process improvements
  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• Mindset: Agile, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and commercially aware
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
• Experience: We welcome candidates with transferrable skills from client-facing roles, such as customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
