Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with relevant experience in the food or retail sectors to join our team. The role involves working closely with company management, suppliers, banks, and tax authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations across all areas.

Perform bank, credit card, and supplier reconciliations.

Handle ongoing reporting and liaise with tax authorities – VAT, income tax, National Insurance, municipal taxes, electricity companies, and other entities.

Monitor and manage cash flow, including analyses and reports for management.

Prepare payroll materials, review payslips, and control monthly payroll data.

Process payments to local and international suppliers, including invoice registration and payment control.

Manage fixed assets and depreciation.

Prepare the company for audits and monthly/quarterly closings, including P&L reports.

Control operating expenses and review budget compliance.

Manage and control monthly labor reports (Labor Analysis).

Provide ongoing reports to international stakeholders.

Requirements:

High personal responsibility, precision, and ability to meet deadlines.

Full proficiency in RAM Management and SAP systems.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple interfaces.

Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset.

Strong command of English.
