Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our product management team.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, assisting with project scheduling, coordination, delivery, and reporting.
• Pitching project ideas and securing approval before each project commences.
• Identifying, communicating, and, where necessary, escalating deviations from plan without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits while maintaining clarity.
• Proactively managing foreseen project risks and mitigating issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions.
• Developing new project plans in consultation with stakeholders and staff (Service Delivery and Development teams).
• Ensuring the timely delivery of software products and services in accordance with customer requirements or specifications
  
  

Requirements:

• Top-notch supervision, delegation, and capacity development abilities.
• Advantage: Experience with specific project management methodologies such as Scrum and Agile.
• Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance.
• Advantage: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Jira.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Resilience under project delivery pressures, conflicting priorities, or customer satisfaction challenges.
