Senior Product Manager- R&D and Innovation Center

Deloitte R&D and Innovation Center is looking for a Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a passion for artificial intelligence and a proven track record in delivering innovative AI-driven products. The ideal candidate combines deep product intuition with hands-on experience working alongside engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to bring impactful AI solutions to market.

In this role you will:

• Lead the entire lifecycle of AI-based products—from opportunity discovery and requirements definition to product launch and ongoing optimization.
• Define product vision and strategy, focusing on how AI and machine learning can address business challenges and unlock new value.
• Conduct market and user research to identify needs and growth opportunities in the AI domain.
• Write detailed requirements, user stories, and technical specifications, translating complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate closely with AI/data science teams, engineers, and UX designers to deliver robust, user-centric solutions.
• Prioritize features based on value, feasibility, and AI research trends; manage the product backlog and roadmap accordingly.
• Track product performance, gather user feedback, analyze usage data, and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as an AI advocate within the organization, communicating product vision, strategy, and results to leadership and partners.

Requiremnets:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a senior Product Manager—preferably with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and the unique challenges of developing and scaling AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional team leadership skills.
• Experience collaborating with AI, data science, and engineering teams.
• Advantage: experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Academic degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
