WorkCanvas.com, the latest product from monday.com, is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our small, dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and build new features, directly influencing the future of our product from UI to database. You will be based at our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.

About The Role

Join a small, highly talented team of experienced engineers building the next generation of WorkCanvas.com — a collaborative, high-impact product from monday.com. You’ll work across the stack to design, build, and scale new features that directly shape how teams visualize and collaborate.

In This Role, You Will

• Collaborate with exceptional developers, designers, and product managers using modern technologies.
• Lead and contribute to architectural decisions as we scale our product.
• Take full ownership of projects — from technical design and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and craftsmanship across the team.
• Help evolve our systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability in a fast-moving environment.
  
  

• Demonstrated strong technical skills and a passion for developing products that users love and use daily.
• Deep knowledge of React (Next.js), Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright, or Cypress).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS) — particularly CI/CD, deployments, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability in both frontend and backend.
• Team player with strong communication skills and empathy.
• Experience with WebSockets, real-time collaboration, or CRDTs/Replicache-like frameworks - Advantage
• Experience with Frontend Graphics and Canvas API - Advantage
