Job Description:

A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Neurology Product Manager - Previous experience in product management in the pharmaceutical industry is required.

Location: A combined office and field position, including travel in Israel and abroad (as needed).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for market analysis, field insights and stakeholder needs mapping.
• Lead end-to-end business planning: Building strategic and tactical plans based on objectives and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing plan, including budget and territory management.
• Create marketing materials tailored to the territory in accordance with local regulations.
• Collaboration with the medical team to process scientific data, resolve objections and present content to professional bodies.
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams to identify ways to streamline processes and execution.
• Representing the company at professional meetings, trainings and conferences, in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. – required (an advantage for MBA)
• 2-3 years of experience in product management in a global company – required
• High level of English
• Excellent presentation skills
• Analytical, creative thinking and the ability to lead processes
• High interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
